首先是洁面，做好控油清洁工作，因为大部分男士都会有一个共同的特点就是出汗量大，油脂分泌旺盛，男性的皮肤跟女性的皮肤还是有很多不同点的，因此，在护肤的时候也是有所不同，男士皮脂分泌和汗腺都比女性发达，因此，男性的皮肤很容易遭遇毛孔阻塞的现象，从而产生暗疮和粉刺。所以我们在清洁的时候要注意选用清洁力较强的洗面奶，这样就具有控油洁面的效果。
步骤二 收缩毛孔，男士在清洁完脸部以后，这个时候面部皮肤还处于水分易蒸发并且没有保护的状态，此时如果你想很好的控油保湿，不妨使用化妆水，化妆水能起到很好的补水保湿功效，并且还能很好的防止水分的蒸发，达到很好的锁水，让你的肌肤喝足水，这样一来，也不会让肌肤出现出油的状况，如果说你平时就属于那种容易长痘痘的肌肤，那么，这个时候你就应该选用杀菌及收敛效果比较好的化妆水。
步骤三 【面霜/面乳】（这个主要是保湿）适量与手掌心轻柔预热，以促进面部吸收。以打圈方式按摩于脸部，并轻轻拍打以促进吸收和增加肌肤弹性。注意避开眼周口周皮肤。在脸颊做向上提拉按摩，以助于刺激面部穴位，消除脸庞浮，紧致面部肌肤。手掌搓热后按压脸部，进一步促进面霜吸收。
步骤四 （男生比较懒，我推荐大家可以用泡沫面膜，睡眠面膜）适量与手掌心轻柔预热，以促进面部吸收。将面膜取出并展开。贴服于脸部并挤出空气。揭下后轻轻按摩片刻。
